Pear, Rocket & Parmesan salad - Serves 4-6 people 


  • 100g pkt Rocket
  • 2 pears, thinly sliced lengthways
  • 2 tbs walnuts (optional)
  • 1/4 cup (20g) shaved parmesan
  • 1 tbs balsamic glaze
  • 2 tbs olive oil

**Note**: Any variety of pears can be used

  • Step 1: Place the rocket and pear on a serving platter. 
  • Step 2: Top with parmesan and walnuts.
  • Step 3: Drizzle with the balsamic glaze and oil
