Pear, Rocket & Parmesan salad - Serves 4-6 people
- 100g pkt Rocket
- 2 pears, thinly sliced lengthways
- 2 tbs walnuts (optional)
- 1/4 cup (20g) shaved parmesan
- 1 tbs balsamic glaze
- 2 tbs olive oil
**Note**: Any variety of pears can be used
- Step 1: Place the rocket and pear on a serving platter.
- Step 2: Top with parmesan and walnuts.
- Step 3: Drizzle with the balsamic glaze and oil
